Baires Cafe grew from a simple conviction: the best bread starts before dawn. Every loaf, every croissant, every empanada in our case is mixed, shaped, and baked the same day — never frozen, never rushed.

Our kitchen draws on the flavors of Latin America and the timeless techniques of European baking. The result is a menu that feels both familiar and unexpected — a sourdough with a hint of panela, a café con leche that tastes like a Havana afternoon, an alfajor that cracks open to reveal dense, caramel-rich filling.

We opened our doors on South State Road 7 to become the kind of bakery our neighbors ask for by name. That means showing up early, staying late, and treating every customer like they're walking into someone's home.
